Hassan Al-Wadi workshop for the formation of food dishes (formerly Khalidi Gate) over two decades concerned with the manufacture of single-use packaged food dishes in several shapes and sizes, where the beginning was approximately more than ten years ago with limited costs within the available capabilities to work to serve the local community from the production of multiple varieties with somewhat less experienced workers until the number of operators and workers reached approximately fifty workers in several locations. The administration aimed from the beginning and worked on the continuous endeavor to mitigate and reduce unemployment, open the labor market, serve the community on more than one level, and provide products that would provide the greatest benefit to the consumer at an acceptable cost and very high competition for the product imported from abroad with the same specifications and standards. In addition, there are environmental services that will preserve the environment, as a large part of the work mechanism depends on recycling damaged paper and cardboard and converting these wastes into useful products with a series of diligent work to be produced by competitive local industries with modest expertise. As mentioned earlier, development was always present to improve and diversify products, and today we are talking about nearly fifteen products of square and round food dishes in several sizes, shapes and different specifications to reach the largest number of restaurants, hotels and confectionery stores as much as possible.
